Mom worked at Cracker Barrel as a hostess and so she’s always wanted to visit and give someone there a $500 tip for Aaron. We had a friend of the family visiting and he wanted to take us all out to dinner so you can imagine mom’s choice! We went and surprise Kyle with a $500 tip. I think he was a bit speechless.
I found an exceptionally cheap flight to Seattle, so I convinced mom and Kevin to fly out with me for a few days. While there we invited some friends to join us for dinner at Steelhead Diner right down in Pike Place Market, where we surprised Kailey with a $500 tip.
Megan and I went for brunch at County Club, a new restaurant in town. The food was delicious and we also got the chance to meet Ayna, our waitress, and surprise her with a $500 tip!

This one is special to us because we’re from Pikeville and have wanted to get back there to give a tip for a long time. Even better that we got to do it during Hillbilly Days! So, mom and I drove down and invited friends and family to come along. In search of a local place, we ended up at Bank 253, where we met Lindsay and surprised her with a $500 tip for Aaron.

Mom, Kevin, and I went to Lock & Key Cafe in Georgetown, KY. It’s a pretty cool spot, housed in an old bank building, with the vault and teller counters still there. We also took the opportunity and surprised Brittaney with a $500 tip!
The 40th $500 tip was given today at Old Chicago in Lexington, KY. Olivia was the lucky recipient and immediately promised to share half with a co-worker who needed the extra money!
We took another vote this week and this time you chose Paris, KY. Mom and I headed up there this afternoon and found our way to Perico’s. I’d eaten there long ago and loved it so I wanted to go back.
